Josmo’s Cosmos
Combine
16 oz Absolut Citron Vodka
8 oz Hiram Walker (30 proof) Triple Sec
4 oz White Cranberry Juice
Juice of 1 lime
To Serve
Fill shaker with crushed ice and add Cosmos
Allow to sit a few minutes
Shake and serve in a Martini glass with a twist of lemon peel
*Twist the lemon over the glass for an added spritz of flavor
Disaronno Bourbon Sour
Makes two drinks
3 oz Disarrono amaretto
1.5 oz High-proof bourbon
2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Orange wedge and cherry on toothpick
Add ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with orange and cherry flag.

Our friends Richard and Debbie introduced us to The St-Germain Cocktail. It’s a perfect dinner party starter beverage. Bubbly, fresh and light. Your guests will love it!

| 2 parts | Brut Champagne (we use Prosecco) |
| 1½ parts | St-Germain® |
| 2 parts | Sparkling Water (we use club soda) |
Method:
Fill a tall Collins glass with ice. Add Champagne first, then St-Germain, then Club Soda (the order is essential, not arbitrary).
Stir completely and garnish with a lemon twist.
