separately, or employment practices liability coverage that is now available
and affordable.
Initiate
mid-term “I’m thinking about you” phone calls.
Send
periodic reminder post cards asking, “Has anything changed?”
Celebrate
Customer Appreciation Month.
Give small gifts, have an open house to meet the staff and see the
office, and so on.
Publish
a picture of staff in the local newspaper.
