For the past 18 years, Emily Huling, CIC, CMC, has worked with insurance organizations that are driven to continually improve and with people who want to excel. Her work has helped create top-performing sales, customer service, and leadership organizations.
Emily earned the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation in 1991 from the Society of CIC and the CMC (Certified Management Consultant) designation in1997 from the Institute of Management Consultants. The CMC designation is awarded by the Institute of Management Consultants USA and represents meeting the highest global standards and ethical canons of the profession. Fewer than 1% of all consultants have achieved this level of excellence.
Emily is an active member of National Speakers Association, Institute of Management Consultants, and NAPSLO. She serves on the national faculty of the Society of CIC and on the NAPSLO Internship and Career Awareness Committee. Her articles appear regularly in many publications including Independent Agent magazine and Rough Notes.
Emily and her husband, John White, live in Terrell, NC, north of Charlotte. They love to travel, play golf, and spend as much time as possible with family and friends. Ask Emily how she met her perfect husband on the Internet and she’ll be happy to tell you their tale of serendipity.
